Our office is CLOSED from 10am – 4pm on weekends we offer boarding services. We understand you may need a day, a weekend, or even a week away but you may be worried about your furry loved one. You can board your pet with us and rest assured knowing your pet is cared for in a clean, fun, and friendly environment. We offer a variety of services to pamper your pet while you are away pampering yourself. Notification of a cancellation for holiday/peak time reservations must be provided seven days prior to check-in and 48 hours prior to check-in for non-peak time reservations or cancellations fees will apply. The cancellation policy will still apply if any required vaccinations are out of date and affect the requested reservation.

For non-canine pet owners, we also offer overnight care for cats and small domestic mammals such as hamsters, guinea pigs, and ferrets. Our experienced staff is trained to provide your canine companion with an unforgettable experience allowing you to enjoy your vacation and have peace of mind. The Ruff House makes every effort to provide a safe, calm experience for your pet. However, some pets react differently to new environments and separation from owners. Activity and grooming requests should be made at the time the reservation is made.No need to bring personal items when packing for your dog’s stay! The Ruff House provides all our guests comfortable bedding, toys during play times and lots of love and attention. The Ruff House offers a Spa Day in which guests can enjoy time in our daycare program while not being pampered in our grooming salon.
Guests departing earlier than their original departure date during holiday/peak times without proper notice will be charged in full for the original reservation. For the social dog, our supervised group play sessions are a great way to make new friends! Best of all, daycare is included in our Standard/Basic Overnight Care.
